In addition to my writing services, I can also create and manage a blog for you. If you take advantage of my blog creation and management services, here's what you'll get:

Aside from my bio being on a page of its own on the blog, you'll own all rights to the content that I'll write for your blog. My bio will refer to me as the writer. Moreover, at the top of that page, I'll include information about you and/or your company.
Basically, all you'll have to do is communicate with me to share your ideas, suggestions or etc. related to your blog, market your blog, and handle any inquires from blog readers that relate to your company or the products and services you have to offer them; I'll take care of the rest of the inquires. If you don't have the time to market the blog on your own, I can provide this service to you for an additional fee (see my blog marketing services for more information).
Blog creation, management and a total of five posts each week: $500 paid monthly or $125 paid weekly.
Blog creation, management and a total of three posts each week: $425 paid monthly or $106.25 paid weekly.

Blog Marketing Services
Save yourself some time by hiring me to market your blog for you. I'll market your blog by leaving spam-free comments on other blogs related to yours, which will include a link to your blog. Since I'm a member of many networks, I'll also market your blog through social networking, and I'll leave messages on forums, message boards and groups related to your blog. Through the messages I would leave, I'll offer advice, answer questions and participate in the discussions without spamming the forums, message boards and groups. The link to your blog with be included in my signatures, along with a short description of what your blog has to offer. Note: Your blog must be related to any of the topics I specialize in.
My blog marketing services are available to you for only $360 paid monthly or $90 paid weekly. If you're taking advantage of blog creation and management services, I'll perform this service for you at a discount of 50% off, which would be $180 paid monthly or $45 paid weekly in addition to what you'll pay (or are already paying) for my blog creation and management services.
Blog Writing Services
Do you need help with content for your blog? Hire me today and I'll provide you with content for your blog. The blog content that I'll write for you can be on one or more of the topics I specialize in.
Blog entries: $10 per entry for non-exclusive rights or $15 per entry for all rights. If you plan to purchase non-exclusive rights, my bio must be included at the end of the entry.
Content Writing Services
My content writing services consists of feature articles, articles for your business, columns or other content for your newspaper, e-zine or newsletter, content for your website, profiles, interviews, book reviews (Christian fiction, romance or writing-related), product reviews or any other type of content you need for your print or electronic publication(s). If needed, I can include quotes from experts. Furthermore, I can provide SEO writing (you provide the keywords).
Content writing services: $30 (not exceeding 600 words) or $50 (not exceeding 2000 words) for first and/or anthology rights; content must include my byline and bio. If you need all rights to the content, the rates would be $100 (up to 600 words), $150 (up to 1000 words), $200 (up to 1500 words) or $300 (up to 2000 words). Would you rather purchase non-exclusive rights instead of first rights, anthology rights or all rights? If so, contact me so we can negotiate a fair rate for those rights.
Ghostwriting Services
There are many reasons why someone would need ghostwriting services, and I can help you no matter what your reason may be. If you choose to hire me for your ghostwriting project, you'll aquire the right to use the ghostwritten material any way you desire, without additional compensation to me. In other words, you'll only pay one price for my ghostwriting services.
What is ghostwriting? Well, it's simple, it means you can claim the material as your own by placing your name, company name or any name you'd like as the writer of the material. You may also use the material in marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns. What's even better is you can distribute, sell or give the content away, and if you sell the content, you keep 100% of the profits from all sales.
The rates for my ghostwriting services are as follows:
E-books: $15 per page with a minimum of 10 pages and a maximum of 30 pages. For each page after 30 pages, the rate would be $10 per page. For example, if your e-book is 50 pages, the total cost would be $650.
Books: My rates for ghostwriting a book varies depending on the length of the book, but the rates usually run anywhere from $2,000 up to $100,000.
When you contact me about ghostwriting your e-book or book, include as many details about the project as you possibly can. Then within 24 to 48 hours, I'll respond with a free, no-obligation estimate.
Payment and Other Information
For all writing services mentioned above, half of the payment will be due up front with the other half due upon completion of your project(s). Once I've finished your project(s), I'll send you an invoice and your project(s) in the format(s) you prefer. The invoice will be due within 15 days after you receive it. All of my freelance writing services will include two free, minor rewrites per project, all other rewrites will be charged at my hourly rate ($30.00).
Before I begin working on your project(s), a written and signed agreement (provided by me) will be required. I have a toll-free fax number, so you shouldn't be charged to fax it back. If you don't have access to a fax service, I can scan the agreement and send it to you as a PDF attachment. If we come to an agreement on the terms, you would then print the agreement out, sign and date it, scan and save it to your computer in PDF format, and then e-mail it back to me.
All payments must be made in U.S. currency via Paypal or postal money order. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.
